Birthday Parties:
Just name the location and a Fundamentals 1st coach will bring the equipment to teach and play all of your child's favorite games. Parties are normally 1.5 - 2 hours and we always leave the kids happy and tired!

One-on-One Sports Lessons:
Great option for beginners and experts, our coaches can teach both the fundamentals and more advanced points of all sports.

Group Sports Lessons:
Siblings or friends can play and improve together with the help of our experienced coaches.

Parent Coach Lessons:
Are you a parent that needs a little help coaching your child's team? Fundamentals 1st can either coach a practice with you or help prepare you for your season.

Sport Classes:
Friday's 9:30am - 11:00am at the Palisades Recreation Center. Start the weekend off right with group games like capture the flag, ultimate soccer and happy ball.
After School Class:
Tuesday's 2:00pm - 3:00pm at the Palisades Recreation Center. We let kids choose their favorite sports and games.
